Steve Peters is electric. Having started his comedy career just a few short years ago, Steve has already been named Fourth Funniest Person in Wichita and has opened for comedy greats such as Tommy Davidson, Michael Harrison, and Mo Alexander. As a child growing up his family was extremely well off for the first 8 years of his life. When the IRS came and took the family home away Steve found out very quickly what it was like to be poor! Leaving a 5,000 square foot 4 bedroom house in the suburbs for a 500 square feet one bedroom apartment in the hood makes you see the world differently. Having been everything from a police officer to a door to door vacuum cleaner salesman and high threat security contractor in Iraq and Afghanistan, he is now a nomadic comedian!
